From our first contact with the team, we received an immediate response and provided with a comprehensive quote. Adam was extremely prompt with his responses and very accommodating with any edits required to our travel mugs for the office team. He was polite, professional, and easy to communicate with throughout. Once we had given the go-ahead, the service was efficient, with delivery information provided promptly. Upon receipt, the product was fabulous—the print was clear, vibrant and professional—and delivery was quick. Excellent service at short notice
Mekavi Sivagurunathar was so helpful and dealt with my urgent request really well, ensuring the items i ordered were delivered on time. The books, pens and water bottles were all of the highest quality, and well received by everyone at Drumacross. I'd definitely recommend Flashbay to anyone looking for personalised merchandise.

Really impressed with both the product quality and the service
We recently ordered branded chargers from Flashbay and were really impressed with both the product quality and the service. The chargers look fantastic, and the regular PDF updates showing production progress were a great touch — they made the whole process feel smooth and reassuring.
