Order for 1200 units, great service and print quality...
We made an order for 300 units of 4 different items and all were accounted for. Print quality is great, with good depth of colour. Out of 1200 units only 1 item had a minor defect which is pretty damn good! Nicholas was a huge help getting everything sorted in time for our event, would 100% recommend!

I worked with Shelby Gibson. She responded to all of my inquiries extremely quickly and was a great communicator. After a few redesigns, I ended up very happy with my product's look and quality. This was a great overall experience.

A pleasure to deal with
A pleasure to deal with. Good value, transparent pricing and the whole experience from enquiry to delivery was smooth, with a fantastic personal service. To be honest, this made such a refreshing change in a world of AI chat bots and auto generated emails. I corresponded with a real human called Ruari - a man with impressive patience, (I changed my mind a lot about what I wanted). But most importantly I love the pens!

Amazing
Amazing customer experience with Flashbay. After my enquiry, they sent samples so I could review the pen quality. Throughout the design-to-delivery process, I had a very helpful rep (Tom) who kept me updated and made sure I was happy with the design and finish. We’ve now received the pens, which we’ll be using to promote our brand at an Expo event—and we’re super happy with the end result! Would definitely recommend, and I’m likely to place another order in the future.
