Working with Flashbay was really easy!
Working with Flashbay was really easy! From the word go, the experience was very personalised and thanks goes to Theodore for being so professional and personable.
We wanted to create some coffee cups with our brand logo on for customers/merchandise and Flashbay provided many, many different product options.
Once we settled on a couple we liked, the design process was straightforward and fast. Theo isn't an email only guy, he picks up the phone! Refreshing! Proofs of all designs were provided in high quality images.
We eventually ordered 50 units of the "Crew" style cups and they were delivered within a few days.
I would 100% recommend using Flashbay and we will be ordering more items from them in the future.

Just wish all of our suppliers could be like Flashbay! such a user friendly experience from start to finish, nothing was to much trouble and Nicholas Philpott was an absolute star, didn't hang around and just got on with it! the final product was perfect! just as we wanted it and perfect turn-a-round... all left to say is, thank you Nicholas and Flashbay! will indeed use again.

I have been using Flashbay for manyā¦
I have been using Flashbay for many years, and the quality of their products has always been excellent. However, the main reason I continue to return is their outstanding customer service.
Lewis has consistently provided exceptional support. He is always prompt in responding to my emails, professional, and attentive throughout the entire process. His reliability and dedication to customer satisfaction are what keep me coming back to Flashbay time and time again.

āāāāā Excellent Service Every Time
We have used Flashbay multiple times over the past year and I cannot fault the service we've received. Our Account Manager, Tom James, has consistently gone above and beyond to ensure our merchandise arrives on time, even when working with very tight deadlines and time-sensitive event requirements.
The communication is always excellent, the process is smooth, and the quality of the products has been great. Knowing we can rely on Tom and the Flashbay team takes a lot of stress out of event planning.
